Shipping policy


Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Switzerland

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days.

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (extra cost applies).

International shipping

  • We currently ship to selected European countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, usually 5–10 business days.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping within Switzerland for orders above CHF 7.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist in resolving issues.
